Seaford Dementia Cafe is a friendly, weekly meeting place for people with dementia and their carers, as well as people who may know someone with dementia, or have lost someone to dementia, to come and have a drink and cake, or a biscuit or two. We are a friendly group with a warm welcome for you.
Each week we have different activities such as kurling, quizzes, bingo, Hoy!, gentle chair yoga, and are also sometimes entertained by local singers and entertainers. We normally finish our sessions with a fun sing-a-long.
Why not come along and see what we get up to? There is no membership fee or commitment to come every week.
We meet at Seaford Baptist Church, Belgrave Road, Seaford, BN25 2EE, every Wednesday afternoon between 1.30pm and 4.00pm and ask for a donation of £5 per person to cover refreshments, rent and insurance.
